Corrections

There was an error in the listing of the Officers of The Academy of Psychosomatic Medicine in each issue of Psychosomatics in 2003. Paula T. Trzepacz, M.D., F.A.P.M., should have been listed as Vice President, and Stephen M. Saravay, M.D., F.A.P.M., should have been listed as Secretary. The names were inadvertently switched after the Psychosomatics editorial office received the list from the Academy. Psychosomatics deeply regrets and apologizes for the error.

In the article "A Double-Blind, Placebo-Controlled Study of Sertraline in the Prevention of Depression in Stroke Patients," by Alice Rasmussen, M.D., Ph.D., et al. (May-June 2003; 44:216-221), the results of the statistical analyses showing sertraline superiority over placebo at 52 weeks according to both the HAM-D17 and the HAM-D6 were inadvertently deleted. For both analyses, p<0.05 per log-rank tests.
