No journal can function, let alone thrive, without the skill and time infused by reviewers into the editorial process. To those reviewers listed below, we give our thanks for their yeoman’s work. Their efforts have allowed the review and decision time (that is, the time from receipt of a manuscript in our editorial office to a decision about publication) to be reduced to a mere 18 days.

However, since "no good deed goes unpunished," reviewers should be forewarned: we hope to use the generosity and expertise of these (and other) reviewers in the future, while building a wider base of experts to whom we can turn for timely and incisive manuscript reviews.
